About Us

I’ve been an avid lover of animals of all kinds my entire life. We always had a variety of pets when I was growing up, so much so my family was nicknamed 'the little zoo' by friends. I’ve always felt connected to animals and have a sense that I can understand what they are trying to communicate with their body language.  

After several years of post secondary education I became an off-leash dog walker - and wow, I certainly found my calling. My dream of spending time loving and playing with dogs in the great outdoors is a dream come true.

My skills include off-leash training, supporting dogs to play cooperatively in small or large groups, reading canine body language and predicting their behaviour and needs such as knowing when a dog needs quiet time or more time with a caregiver.

I’m beyond excited to have this facility with Kathy and can’t wait to meet your dogs and have them enjoy all the benefits of belonging to our pack.

We started the Canine Country Club to ensure every dog is able to enjoy the freedom of country living. We've seen the benefits of country living with our own dogs -  being able to run off-leash and use their boundless energy to investigate the fields and forests or rest quietly in the shade of the forest or awnings. Stress leaves their body and they are able to come home tired, uplifted and happy dogs.
